Technical judgment and leadership for Flutter teams.

I help professionals and companies build solid mobile products, from architecture to release. I was born as a training community, grew into a specialized consultancy, and today I'm the knowledge vertical of The Tiny Revolutions.

01 Initial call: you tell me where the project stands and what hurts. If I can't add value, I'll say so on that same call free
02 Concrete proposal: what I'd do, in what order, and why. You decide with all the information in front of you free
03 The work: mentoring, training, team support or an audit — with direct message support between sessions
04 Follow-up: periodic reviews and 1-1 calls to measure real progress, not the feeling of progress

03 · who's behind this

Antonio Cantero

Guiding leads and developers since before 2019. I don't just review code; I help shape engineers. I've mentored everyone from senior developers looking for their next level to Engineering Leads who needed an outside perspective to manage technical complexity and product ownership.

AI multiplies in both directions: a developer with solid foundations flies; one without them sinks faster, shipping more bad code per hour. That's why fundamentals and architecture matter more than ever. A decade building — PHP backends, web, native mobile, six years of Flutter in production — and lately, leading product and teams as well as writing code.

La Fluttertulia was the start of my freelance path: the origin, the specialization, the Flutter knowledge and community hub. With the arrival of local-first AI and complex product engineering, that path evolved into The Tiny Revolutions, the product studio where that experience is applied today to complex solutions.

04 · frequently asked questions

How is your mentoring different from an online course?

We work on your real problems. There's no fixed syllabus; we develop your technical judgment so you know why you make each decision, especially when AI suggests solutions that aren't always the best in the long run.

Why do you talk so much about "Product Engineer" if this is about Flutter?

Because Flutter is only the tool. A team needs engineers who understand the business and the "why" behind each feature. My job is to make sure technology serves the product, not the other way around.

Do you take on any training or mentoring project?

No. I only work on projects where my architecture and product experience can add real value. If I don't think I'm the right person for your stack or your current goals, I'll tell you on the first call.

How do you integrate AI into the team's workflow?

Not as a replacement for code, but as a multiplier. I teach teams to use AI to speed up development without losing control over the architecture or the maintainability of the software.

What is the time commitment required?

The support is flexible and can be adapted to your needs. Typically, we'll schedule bi-weekly or monthly calls, but more frequent support can be provided if needed.

How will the service be delivered (remote, on-site, hybrid)?

The service is entirely remote, using video calls, messaging and shared documents. For team training in Spain, on-site can be discussed.

What languages/packages/libraries do you specialize in?

Flutter and Dart in depth. Around them: mobile app architecture, PHP/Laravel backends, mobile CI/CD, and AI applied to development — both in the product and in the team's workflow.

How many teams do you advise at the same time?

I work with a reduced number of teams to ensure personalized, high-quality support for each one. I prioritize deep and meaningful commitments rather than handling too many projects simultaneously.
